The Gluten-Free Baking Book: 250 Small-Batch Recipes for Everything from Brownies to Cheesecake by Donna Washburn and Heather Butt

The people at Robert Rose continue to bat them out of the park with their great recipe books. The Gluten-Free Baking Book: 250 Small-Batch Recipes for Everything from Brownies to Cheesecake by Donna Washburn and Heather Butt is another grand slam home run for them.

This baking book has many great color photos and is really not just a recipe book, but is more of a mini course in baking and, in this case, gluten-free baking.

The recipes are amazing and easy to follow. There are step-by-step instructions for making small batches of gluten free recipes, including many desserts.

We do think that this book should be read along with Eat Wheat by John Douillard. The combination would be awesome and very instructive for those with celiac disease, and those who love them.

The Gluten-Free Baking Book is very well-written and beautifully illustrated. We give it all five stars and a batch of brownies, too. This would make an excellent Mothers’ Day gift.

We were sent a complimentary copy of this book. We are under no obligation to write any review, positive or negative.
